If you are interested in working with us then this is what you can expect:
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Firstly we gain a full understanding of your requirements, website and your market. We then assess your keywords and provide advice on selecting the right keywords if needed.
Step 2: Website and Competitor Analysis
Once you have provided us with your keywords and project ambitions we need analyse the structure of your website including navigation, content, META Tags etc and examine the current rankings of your website in Major search engines such as Google. Next we analyse your online competitors, look at their SEO strategies and work out how to out rank them. Finally we analyse your keywords and ensure you have relevant content on your website to promote these keywords.
Step 3: Full Written Report
The above steps usually take around 1-2 days to complete; we take pride in providing you with a detailed and precise report on your website and the work needed.
Once we have completed the report we will give you a monthly cost for the SEO Campaign and will be able to answer any questions you have regarding the proposed campaign.
We will also give you a break down of what work will be done on a monthly basis so you can clearly see where you money will be going.
Step 4: On Page Optimisation
If you are happy for us to go ahead with the project we then require your website FTP details and/or administrator access to the admin section of the website to start the on page optimisation. If these are not available we can give you a list of changes for your website designers to implement.
This includes a thorough content analysis and changes to make the page more search engine friendly while retaining its original layout.
Next we complete a HTML code cleanup and develop META tags based on the analysis of the keywords combining the title, description and keywords.
Step 5: Off Page Optimisation
Off page optimisation is one of the most important parts of any SEO campaign, this is the way of increasing the strength, popularity and relevance of your website in the eyes of search engines. This is done by various forms of link building (a link from another site to yours), link building has to be done carefully so it looks natural to search engines. If it does not look natural then you run the risk of having your site banned. The slow rate in which you can add back links is one of the main reasons SEO campaigns take so long.
Step 6: Reporting
Each month we send you two reports, the first is your ranking report which shows the progression your website has made within the search engines. The second report details all the off page work that has been carried out on your website and includes all URLs etc…
Finally it is important to note that SEO is an on going process and requires links to be continuously added and maintained month on month even after you get in to the Top 10 on Google. Your competitors are continuously building links and you need to do the same.
Once your site has achieved page 1 results it is important to continue with the optimisation otherwise you will see your website slide back down the search results as your competitors will always be trying to out rank your site.
