Before agreeing to any work with Web MS UK Ltd it is important you read and understand our terms and conditions.
Prior Agreement Conditions
Before any work is started by Web MS UK Ltd we require assurances from the client that:
1) The client is not using the services of any other SEO Company than Web MS UK Ltd to carry out any website, or off page optimisation techniques. This can severely impact negatively on the campaign.
2) The client has no duplicate websites, redirects or door way pages to their website.
3) The client has not requested or exchanged links with any link farms or undertaken and automated spamming techniques.
Guarantees
Web MS UK Ltd do not give any guarantees for any specific result on any search engine, nor do we quantify the level of increased traffic and/or sales as a result of any search engine optimisation campaign.
Search Engines Optimised
Web MS UK Ltd carry out optimisation work which is solely aimed at increasing the visibility and increasing search engine rankings on Google.co.uk.
Access to Clients Website
The client must grant Web MS UK Ltd the authority to submit the website page(s) to search engines, directories and link partners.
When required we require the ability to optimise the structure and content of the clients web pages. These changes generally make no impact on the way your website looks. Web MS UK Ltd will work closely with the client during these changes to ensure all changes are approved.
The client will be required to provide Web MS UK Ltd with admin login, and FTP access in order for us to carry out on page optimisation. If this is not possible then we may agree to provide your web developer with information on work required.
Rights of Web MS UK Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel the monthly agreement with immediate effect if we believe that the clients website to be obscene, unfair, untrue and/or unworthy of inclusion on the internet.
Contract Period
Web MS UK Ltd carries out SEO services on a month by month basis, we have no contracts and as such your are entitled to cancel the services at any time by giving 5 working days notice. Otherwise the SEO services will be automatically renewed monthly until cancelled in writing by the client.
Payment
Web MS UK Ltd does not offer credit terms, all invoices are to be paid in full before any work is started. Monthly SEO packages are to be paid monthly by standing order on the date the SEO package was agreed.
Refunds
Web MS UK Ltd do not offer refunds to clients for any search engine optimisation work done.
